Product Description

REAGEN™ Melamine Strip Test Kit is a qualitative and rapid lateral flow assay designed to detect melamine residues in feed and raw commingled cow’s milk and processed milk products.

REAGEN™Melamine Strip Test Kit has the capacity for 48(RNS92006) determinations. The shelf life is 12 months when the kit is 4-30℃(Don't be freeze).

Sample preparation

Feed/ Cereals

1. Grind and mix a representative sample(20 mesh)

2. Weight out 1 g of the ground sample and place into a suitable container.

3. Add 5 mL distilled water and shake for 2 minutes with a vortex.

4. Centrifuge at 4000rpm for 3 minutes. use the supernatant for test.

Detection limit: 2.5ppm

Fresh milk

Mix 1 volume of fresh milk with 3 volume of distilled water , direct detection.

Detection limit: 0.3ppm
